Ronald Ray Smith, 81, formerly of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away December 24, 2020 at Signature Healthcare at Parkwood in Lebanon.
No services will be held at this time. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his cremation arrangements.
