Mrs. Sandra “Sandy” L. Pauley, 68, passed away Monday, August 9, 2021, at Witham Memorial Hospital with family by her side. She was born in Michigan City, Indiana on September 23, 1952; a daughter of the late William H. and Marian (Herbach) Miller.

She was a 1971 graduate of Elston High School in Michigan City and a 1975 graduate of Purdue University.

On June 14,1975, she was married to Thomas W. Pauley and he survives.

Beginning in 1975, she managed Pauley’s Farm Market on State Road 32 where she sold farm fresh produce for many years. In 2006, she became owner of Blooms by Sandy in Lebanon where she put her heart and soul into every floral arrangement for her customers.

Sandy was a member of Psi Iota Xi. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to loving her family, she enjoyed reading and watching Purdue basketball. Sandy was a master gardener, who volunteered many years in 4-H as a garden project leader and a 4-H judge in both county and state level with gardening.

Survivors include her husband, Tom Pauley of Jamestown; son, Matthew Pauley of Jamestown; daughter, Diana (Josh) Hoskins of Crawfordsville;
two grandchildren, Lorelei and Weston; sister, Barbara Miller of San Francisco.

In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by one brother, James Miller.

Celebration of Sandy’s Life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Cedar’s Activity Center of First Baptist Church, 1383 East 75 North in Lebanon, Indiana. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her cremation arrangements.
