Sarah K. Buckley, 23, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 6, 2022. She was born in December of 1998 and lived and was cared for by her grandparents; Mike and Sue Rutan of Jamestown. Her parents are Larry R. Buckley, Jr. (Fe) and Naomi L. Hood, both of Jamestown.
She completed Western Boone Jr. Sr. High School in 2017. She was active in Special Olympics, Down Syndrome Foundation, Sunshine Society, and Christian Motorcycle Association # 1276. She was also a member of Trinity Faith Fellowship in Jamestown, where she enjoyed playing her guitar for worship services.
Sarah was a unique person in that she loved everyone she met and always left a positive impression on all who knew her.
She is survived by her siblings, Natalie Buckley, Rachael Rayman, Gage Buckley and Damien Buckley; Grandmother, Sheila (Justice) Hood-Hubber; great grandparents, Gomer Justice of Jamestown and Sherman & Sandi Rutan of Lebanon.
Sarah was preceded in death by two grandfathers and several beloved great grandparents.
Celebration of Life will be held at Lebanon Rock Church, 504 East Elm Street in Lebanon on Saturday, February 19, 2022, visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. noon, with memorial service following visitation at the church.
