It’s been brought to the attention of the Lebanon Police Department that someone is calling local residents, identifying themselves as a member of L.P.D., and asking for monetary donations via credit card over the phone. Please know, L.P.D. would never solicit donations like this. If you do receive one of these fraudulent calls, please let L.P.D. know.The local FOP will be doing its annual ‘Shop with a Cop’ event this Christmas and mailers will go out asking for donations. Random phone calls will not be made.
