Search Warrant Leads To Arrest

On September 22, 2022, at approximately 12:22 AM, Frankfort Police Department Sergeant Lance Pickrell and K9 Officer Andrew Snyder observed drug activity in the 1100 Block W McClurg St. Multiple individuals were on scene so assistance was requested of off-duty FPD officers as well as Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and Rossville Police Department.

Officers were able to obtain a search warrant for the garage at 1110 W McClurg St. The following is a list of those who were arrested and the requested charges to the Clinton County Prosecutor:

Devin Cox, 32-year-old, of Frankfort- Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Syringe, Possession of Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.

Jessie Birge, 36-year-old of Frankfort- Possession of Syringe, Possession of Paraphernalia and Visiting a Common Nuisance.

Breanna Wessell, 27-year-old of Michigantown-Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana.

Peter Williams, 24-year-old of Frankfort- Possession of Paraphernalia, Visiting a Common Nuisance.
