After accepting a plea agreement in a child pornography possession case in January, Damion Neese, 26, of Lebanon, violated the terms of his community corrections, authorities said, leading to his arrest early Monday evening; he remains in the Boone County Jail on no bond.
Neese has a history of child pornography and child exploitation conv ic t ions , wi th mul t iple charges, dating back to August 2012, according to court records. More details available in the Lebanon Reporter.
