Sharon L. Huddleston, 75, passed away Tuesday afternoon, November 30, 2021, at Signature Healthcare at Parkwood in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born March 4, 1946, in Lebanon, Indiana, a daughter of the late Richard H. Huddleston and Leota Fern (Acton) Shinn.
Sharon grew up on the family farm south of Lebanon where she spent her childhood years enjoying family and farm life. She attended Pinnell Grade School and later, after moving into town, she attended Harney Elementary. She was a 1964 graduate of Lebanon High School.
Sharon received her LPN license and moved to Madison where she worked at the King’s Daughter Hospital for many years. She moved to Franklin and worked at the hospital there. She continued to care for people at various nursing homes throughout the area.
Sharon leaves behind her loving sister, Ada Darlene Shinn.
Graveside Services will be held 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Robison Cemetery in Lebanon. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with Sharon’s arrangements.
