The Lebanon Redevelopment Commission accepted a bid for a downtown Lebanon co-working space and accompanying development that will significantly change the Lebanon Street corridor.
Indianapolis developer Forza submitted the bid for the co-working space, which it is calling an “Innovation Hub” as a package deal with a future investment. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
