Playing in their first game in a week and a half, it wasn’t a perfect performance for the Western Boone softball team on Monday, when they traveled to Covenant Christian.
But in the end, it was more than good enough for WeBo to earn its first win of the spring. The Stars scored five runs in both the fourth and fifth innings, topping the Warriors 12-4 to improve to 1-1 on the season. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
