Injury prevention experts from the St. Vincent Trauma Center are making it easier to know what to do in the event of an accident. The Stop the Bleed campaign officially started in 2015, but the idea came after the 2012 Sandy Hook shooting. The trauma team realized there needed to be something in place to help normal people know what to do when something like this occurs.The injury prevention experts have now teamed up with the Zionsville Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services to provide hands-on training for about 100 members of the Zionsville Community School Corporation. more details in the Lebanon Reporter.
