Lebanon will pay a real estate consulting company up to $17,625 to assess the city’s housing market, the city council unanimously decided Monday.
John Burns Real Estate Consulting, a national firm with offices in Chicago and 15 other cities from Portsmouth, N.H., to San Diego, was one of two firms to reply to a request for the study, said Lebanon Director of Planning Ben Bontrager.
John Burns helps developers make decisions on where to build, Bontrager told the council. More details are available in the Lebanon Reporter.
