On Tuesday, November 15, 2022, after an extensive investigation following a tip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, investigators and deputies with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph Addy, 24, of Frankfort, for the following:Distribution of Child Exploitation Material of child under 12 years old, a Level 4 Felony
Possession of Child Exploitation Material of a child under 12 years old, a Level 5 Felony (x7)
Formal charges are pending review by the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office.
