The woman accused of stealing from the Harney Elementary School Parent/Teacher Organization signed an agreement pleading guilty to theft.
A plea acceptance and sentencing hearing for Rosella Sutherland, 65, of Lebanon, is set for Aug. 14. A sentence would be up to the discretion of Boone Superior Court Judge Matthew Kincaid, who could reject the plea agreement altogether. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
