The Boone County Prosecutor’s Office filed a petition Wednesday against a juvenile who allegedly shot Jamie Dover, 17, of Lebanon, Monday afternoon. The petition, filed with Boone Circuit Court’s juvenile division, alleges that Devun Conkright, 16, of Lebanon, is a delinquent child who committed an act that would be a felony if committed by an adult. Specifically, that felony is reckless homicide, a Level 5 felony, according to the petition. More information available at the Lebanon Reporter Website.
