Mrs. Terry Lynn Benge, 66, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born in Lebanon on November 4, 1955, a daughter of the late Fredrick A. Trips and Mary Ann (Whitaker) Trips Wyatt.
In 1981, she was united in marriage to David M. Benge in Clearwater, Florida; he survives.
Terry attended Lebanon High School. Throughout her working career, she worked as a bank teller for the State Bank of Lizton. Terry was a member of the Jamestown Christian Church. She loved to cook and bake, and had a fondness for cats.
Survivors include her husband, David M. Benge of Lebanon; daughter-in-law, Heather R. Benge of Fishers; brother, Charles “Butch” Trips of Clermont; and two sisters, Fredna Joyce Noe of Lebanon and Darlene Poole of Colfax.
In addition to her parents, Terry was preceded in death by her son, Chad Michael Benge; and three brothers-in-law, Marvin Birge, Harold “Butch” Noe, and Sam Poole.
Funeral Services are planned for 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, with visitation from 12:00 p.m. noon until the time of services at the funeral home in Lebanon. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
