A trial began Wednesday for the man accused of murdering Max Foster and attacking his wife, Sonja Foster, in 2017.
Boone County Prosecutor Kent Eastwood announced in September that the state would no longer seek the death penalty against Zachariah Wright, 22, who was only 19 at the time of Max Foster’s death. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
