Angela Moody, Thorntown Community development director, has a lot to crow about in the wake of the best-attended Festival of the Turning Leaves in her memory.
Moody, one of the festival’s biggest boosters, said, “This was one of the best crowds ever,” and estimated the turnout for the 46th annual three-day annual event at about 5,000. The theme of this year’s festival was “Something to Crow About.”
Moody credited a rich schedule of events and three days of cool, dry weather for the attendance in this community of about 1,500 people. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
