Midway through Tuesday’s Sagamore Conference opener between the Lebanon and Western Boone baseball teams, it looked like things were going to go down to the wire.
But in the end the Tigers, who led 2-1 after four innings, scored six runs in the final three innings to pull away for an 8-1 win against the Stars. It was the first win of the season for Lebanon, who move to 1-3 on the year and played their first game since March 28. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
