Todd Smith, 58, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his parents, General and Diana (Padgitt) Smith and wife, Cindy Lou Leal- Smith.
Survivors include his brother, Randy (Mary) Smith of Lebanon.
In honor of his wishes, no services will be held. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his cremation arrangements.
