The man charged after the accidental shooting death of a 4-year-old Lebanon girl was back in court Wednesday. Boone Circuit Court Judge Lori Schein conducted a pre-trial hearing and scheduled Darrell Marberry, 64, of East Chicago, for trial Jan. 13. Izabella Marie Helem died after her 3-year-old brother accidentally shot her with an unsecured gun he found at their grandmother’s home in Lebanon on Nov. 29. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
