Vicki Leigh Vann, 67, of Lebanon, Indiana, passed away Monday, October 28, 2019, at Homewood Health Campus in Lebanon. She was born October 20, 1952 in Boone County, Indiana, a daughter of the late William T. “Bill” and Della Myrtle (Allen) Vann.
On November 10, 1972, she was married to Ralph Junior Horney; they later divorced but remained together until his passing on February 4, 2018.
Vicki attended Sheridan High School. In the early 1980’s the family moved to Kentucky, where they lived thirty-five years making many beloved friends and moved back to Indiana three years ago. She had worked at Ross Poultry in Thorntown and ATR in Stanford, Kentucky as a production clerk.
She enjoyed reading, painting, and coloring pictures. In addition to her family, Vicki raised three small dogs, Lolita, Hector, and Palar.

One Daughter: Sarah Horney-Salyers of Hustonville, Kentucky
Five Grandchildren: Sarah, Della, Moses, Cora and Issabel
Brother: Billy (Debbie) Vann – Frankfort, Indiana
Sisters: Sharon (David) Snodgrass – Frankfort, Indiana
Beverly Vann and companion, Terry Winslow – Darlington, Indiana
Becky (Keith) Eldridge – Kirklin, Indiana
Patty (John) Washam – Kirklin, Indiana
Lisa Leach and companion, Kevin Leach – Lebanon, Indiana
Along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Funeral Services are planned for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home in Lebanon.
Interment will follow services at Bethel Cemetery in Lebanon.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
