Jeffrey Proffitt, 58 of Lebanon man has been arrested after admitting to police he attempted to video a nude girl with sunglasses equipped with a video recorder, according to court records.
The girl suspected she was being recorded March 22 and told authorities, police said. More details available in the Lebanon Reporter.
