RadioMom’s Reggie Morgan hit the streets in the Gem City along Frankfort’s Washington Avenue where construction continues at a snail’s pace. These photos are taken near the intersection of Hoke and Washington – a once busy and vital artery into the downtown area from the city’s North East side.
Like many in cities throughout the country – Frankfort residents have been diverted for months now and many are beginning to wonder when it will all end.
