The Whitestown Plan Commission Monday approved a $50 million development to be located on a more than 33-acre plot of land just east of Interstate 65.
Property developer RealtyLink hopes to break ground in early September 2017, with Phase 1 of the project opening in fall 2018.
The development, dubbed the “Shoppes at Whitestown,” will be located north of Whitestown Parkway and west of Main Street. A roundabout will welcome patrons to the Shoppes from the intersection of Perry Worth Road and Mills Drive. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
