Whitestown will pay $10 million of the $40 million project to build a new on/off ramp on Interstate 65. The Whitestown Town Council approved an agreement between the town and the Indiana Department of Transportation at its Dec. 20 meeting. The agreement states that the town will reimburse INDOT – with money from a to-be-created Tax Increment Finance district – a total of $10 million over the next 16 years.
