The Witham Health Services Foundation is pleased to provide two scholarship opportunities to graduating high school seniors from Lebanon and Western Boone.
The Judy Psikula Scholarship is a one-time $1,000 scholarship to be awarded to one (1) graduating senior from both Lebanon High School and Western Boone High School who are pursuing a degree in the medical field.
The Sally Lynn Coan Scholarship is a one-time $1,500 scholarship to be awarded to one (1) graduating senior from both Lebanon High School and Western Boone High School who are pursuing a nursing degree.
Applications for both of these scholarship opportunities are available through the guidance office(s) at Lebanon and Western Boone High Schools. Additionally, applications can be found online at www.witham.org/scholarships. Completed applications must be returned to the applicant’s guidance office by Friday, March 22, 2024.
