Tuesday, November 13, 11:00 am Witham Health Services presents the “Witham Society” Angel Award for outstanding community service in saving a man’s life under incredibly difficult conditions to 3 EMT’s and 1 Paramedic.
This involved the farmer and the combine accident on Monday, October 22 in Thorntown.
Mr. Lloyd Hayden lost both legs below the knee in the accident.
