Witham Family YMCA’s new executive director had never been to a Y prior to college, but says when she was exposed to the Y’s mission during a summer job, she fell in love.
Kim Newnam was introduced to the Y and her passion for aquatics while working as a lifeguard for her friend’s father at the YMCA in East Orange, N.J. Through that work she saw that she could make a difference with the Y. More information is at the Lebanon Reporter website.
