A Lebanon man is being held in the Boone County Jail after he told police he strangled his girlfriend Saturday, according to court records. Randall L. Reagan, 29, faces charges of strangulation, criminal confinement, domestic battery and two counts of resisting law enforcement, filed by Boone County Deputy Prosecutor Craig Olsinski.
