Most visitors to the Boone County Courthouse are now required to have personal items, including wallets and purses, screened via an X-ray machine.
The device was installed last week, Courthouse Security Deputy Glen Rabanus said.
Most visitors seem supportive of the requirement, Rabanus said. Many of those add they are appreciative of the extra security. More details available in the Lebanon Reporter.
