A Zionsville man has been charged with theft of more than $175,000 from an athletic booster club. David E. Patterson, 70, told a detective he took money from the Zionsville Athletic Booster Club to supplement personal business losses, according to a probable cause affidavit filed Tuesday. Patterson is charged in Boone Circuit Court with one count of theft as a level 5 felony. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
