During Monday night’s Zionsville Town Council meeting, Council members voted 6-0 in favor of rezoning 260 acres as part of the Wild Air Planned Unit Development. Plans call for the Wild Air Development to be located on both sides of Marysville Road, north of Oak Street and south of CR 550 South. The developer, Old Town Companies, proposes a mixed-use development including single-family residential, custom estate lots, townhomes, apartments, retail, senior living and preserved woodlands. The site would also include a 10-acre parcel for civic use.
