During the Zionsville Redevelopment Commission Special Meeting on August 5th, members adopted a resolution pledging TIF revenues for phase I of The Farm development, a mixed-use urban development project at the corner of US 421 and Sycamore Street. The 50-acre project includes office space, retail and apartments. Phase I includes the installation of basic infrastructure and multi-family development. The TIF Bonds will be used for the infrastructure and parking garage for the multi-family development.
